Wild Salmon Dish and Marinade
My family’s favorite Wild Salmon dish and marinade inspired by my sister-in-law Shannon
Marinade
Zest of half lemon
2 lemons juiced
1/2 cup of Avocado oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2-1 shallot diced
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon of coconut aminos
Whisk all ingredients together and marinade Wild Salmon in a casserole dish skin on top for 15 mins then flip Salmon skin down and cook in dish at 375 for 15-17 mins
Serve with vegetables and/or organic quinoa or riced cauliflower. Drizzle coconut aminos on top and extra marinade. Delicious, nutrient dense meal that the entire family enjoys!
