A great way to energize your morning and consume your vegetable servings for the day.

2 organic celery stalks

1 squeezed organic lemon or lime

1 organic Persian cucumber

1 Tbsp. of organic ground flaxseed

1 Tbsp. of organic ground chia seeds

A handful of organic kale

A handful of organic spinach

Optional for sweetness (a cored organic apple)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a VitaMix or blender. Enjoy!
