I’m Bridget Kilpatrick
A National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach located in Birmingham, Alabama. I’m passionate about living an organic healthy lifestyle. Growing up on fresh, organic farm-to-table whole foods delivered to my door (no fast food and refined sugar); I was taught early about the importance and benefits of healthy eating.
This passion strengthened after one of my sons was very sick at birth. I knew something was wrong, but all the specialists and pediatricians didn’t offer any solutions. After self-educating, changing his diet, and working with a functional medicine doctor to reduce his inflammation and detoxify, my son immediately healed.
With a certification in health and wellness and over fifteen years in health education, I am skilled to guide others on how to prevent chronic diseases and to ensure a long life of physical, mental, and social well-being. As a mom of three boys, I’m dedicated to educating and coaching both adults and families on how to live a healthy, happy, whole life.
