Organic Chicken Pesto Flatbread (GF/DF)

1 Favorite Gluten Free Flatbread or Pizza Crust (e.g. Wholly Wholesome, Caulipower, Cappello’s)

1 container of Trader Joe’s vegan pesto sauce or Gotham Greens vegan pesto sauce

1 cup of chopped baked organic chicken or organic rotisserie chicken 

1 organic shallot

1 package of Violife vegan Feta cheese


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Spread vegan pesto sauce evenly on gluten free crust.

  3. Slice vegan feta cheese and evenly place on gf crust.

  4. Chop shallot and sprinkle evenly on gf crust.

  5. Chop organic chicken and sprinkle evenly on gf curst.

  6. Put in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  7. Serve with a mixed green salad and enjoy!
